Select the quantity of lenses you would like to purchase for your left and right eyes. 2. Click ''Add to Basket'' and follow the process to complete your order. 3. Upon completion of your order, you must fax a copy of your order confirmation page along with a copy of your valid prescription to 1-800-796-2111. Additional charges may apply for prescriptions requiring aspheric or toric designs. An additional $40.00 per lens will be added for Back Toric, Front Toric, Bitoric or Soper Cone design lenses.
